Will I need to pay shipping taxes & customs duties?

You may be charged a fee to receive your package. We suggest that you discuss fees with your local customs office before you order.

You should not be charged a fee to receive your package.

    What shipping company do you use?

    We use a range of couriers from Fedex and UPS to small local courier companies.

    We’re a small  business shipping from a warehouse in California.  We can’t promise overnight delivery. We can promise:

    Can I update my delivery address?

    We dispatch orders within one business day. Unless you are very quick, you’ll need to contact the people delivering your parcel.

    Is your shipping secure?

    Yes. Standard shipping is tracked. Express shipping is tracked and requires a signature.

    How do I find my tracking number?

    1. Open the email account you used for your order.
    2. Search for emails from hello@drwoofapparel.com 
    3. Find the email with the subject line "A Shipment From Order...”
    4. Open the email, and copy your tracking number.

    How do I track my order?

    3. Follow the instructions on your delivery provider’s website.

    My order didn’t arrive, what do I do?

    The first step is to track the package. During COVID shipping times can be unpredictable. You need to make sure the package is lost and not just held up. 

    If your package is listed as delivered, the next step is to contact the delivery company. They will launch an investigation for you.

    Returns

    I’m worried I won’t like the things I ordered. Can I return them?  

    If you like them online, we promise you’ll love them in person. 

    If you’re worried, it might be comforting to know that we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. You can return any item within 60-days. We’ll provide a full refund, as long as the item is clean and all tags remain attached to the item.

    Unfortunately, we will be unable to accept returns of both face masks and filters for obvious hygienic reasons. 

    Can I return my order if it doesn’t fit?

    You can return your order for any reason you like. We’ll provide a full refund, as long as the items are clean, unworn, and received by us within 60 days of purchase.

    If you’re returning a scrub cap because it won’t fit over your hair bun, please watch this video first. Sometimes, the cap will fit if you move your bun higher or lower. 

    What if my order is faulty? Can I get a refund after 60 days?

    Do you offer free returns? 

    Unfortunately, no. You’ll need to pay return shipping costs.

    How long do you take to process refunds?

    We’ll process your refund when we receive the return. Please note that refunded money can take a few days to show in your account.
